Why "sourced" isn't "verified": two channels in the original 12 — Jason Whaling and Gabriel St-Germain — looked fine on these exact kinds of ranking sites and turned out to be pulling near-zero real views or dormant for six years once checked on their actual channel page. Assume the same failure rate applies here: roughly 1 in 6 names on a list like this will not hold up. That is exactly why Phase 1 exists — verify and pilot the small ones cheaply before spending real budget on Phase 2's bigger names.
